The Board of Directors is responsible for all governance. The Board actively helps to shape the vision and mission of BioLogos; is responsible for all new Board and staff appointments; oversees program planning to further the goals of BioLogos; contributes financially; assists in raising funds; approves the annual budget; and carefully monitors all financial activity.
