Simon Gregory shared this🍾 Best month to date at Primis - 369% of target. Recruitment has a way of humbling you before it rewards you. The ups and the downs are part of the job but even after 15 years never makes regulating easy 🤣🎢 What makes it worth it isn't the number on its own it's the people that are on the ride along the way. Lots of learning and things I would have done differently. Proud that things are starting to click (especially in August). 12 months in at Primis and we're only just scratching the surface, with plenty to look forward to in September and Q4. I’m delighted to announce that Prebook Recruitment has been awarded a place on the Value Match Supply Agency Framework. When I launched Prebook, the tender for the GCA framework had already closed, so as a new business it simply wasn’t something we could access even if we wanted to. Over the summer, I’ve worked closely with Charlotte Mclone and the Value Match team, to make sure we can offer a compliant procurement route for single and multi-academy trusts wanting to work with Prebook. And importantly, it doesn’t have to be one or the other. Trusts can work with agencies across both the GCA and Value Match frameworks. Right. Having worked across a variety of technologies throughout my 11 years in recruitment, I've rarely come across so many people who are genuinely all-in on a product and such passionate brand ambassadors.
