Increasing the nutritional value of consumers' food products and 2. Develop a market entry strategy for an agritech product playing to New Zealand's strengths in the North American market. The team I mentored went on to win the day two challenge (New Zealand Trade and Enterprise Challenge). On top of this, two people from the team I mentored won the opportunity to go to Silicon Valley in San Francisco.
