Since its launch in spring 2015, the fandom has grown, Netflix adapted the books for streaming, and developer CD Projekt Red released a bunch of additional content. Let’s take a look at that last one: here’s everything added to The Witcher 3 since launch.

3 months, 2 weeks - In today's Daily Fix:Xbox Game Pass Wave 2 titles have been revealed, and there are some big open-world heavy-hitters. The Witcher 3: Wild Hunt - Complete Edition, Avatar: Frontiers of Pandora, and Kingdom Come: Deliverance 2 all make their way to the service, among other games. In other news, Call of Duty: Warzone Mobile will go offline in just a couple of months—not to be confused with Call of Duty: Mobile, which is still going strong (and also has a battle royale mode). And finally, a toy set from the upcoming Super Mario Galaxy Movie may have spoiled the reveal of a beloved NES character.

4 months, 3 weeks - In today's Daily Fix:The Witcher 3 maybe 10 years old, but that's not stopping the rumor mill from suggesting new DLC is on the way. Via IGN Poland, sources have apparently been aware of plans to drop a new expansion featuring the desert region Zerrikania. CD Projekt Red has not confirmed anything, but they have reportedly been dropping hints. In other news, Nintendo has revealed a new set of Joy-Con 2 dropping at the same time as the new Mario Tennis Fever game. "Light Green" and "Light Purple" will retail as a pair for $100. And finally, a new Xbox Developer Direct is dropping on January 22, and will give us first gameplay of Forza Horizon 6 and a fresh look at the Fable reboot.

The Witcher 3 REDkit allows you to customize and expand the game, where you can edit terrain and environments, as well as create quests, cutscenes, characters, and more. The Witcher 3 REDkit is available now for free for all owners of the game on PC.

2 years, 10 months - The Witcher and Cyberpunk developer CD Projekt has announced plans to lay off 9% of its workforce, or around 100 staff, by the end of Q1 2024.

2 years, 11 months - In Diablo 4, streamer Quin69 was hit with the Hall of the Fallen Heroes message while he was teleporting upon completing a dungeon crawl. The man finished a keystone, hit the portal, and somehow his character died while the loading screen was up. What’s crazy is #Diablo4 actually reported the death as ‘Slain by Environment’. Quin tweeted this message out to Diablo about #DiabloIV, telling the company to fix its game. Quin’s stats are really impressive. Will the streamer hop back in and grind it out in Diablo IV, we’ll have to wait and see. 3 years - On today's Daily Fix: While the team wasn't ready to reveal everything about Metal Gear Solid Δ: Snake Eater, which doesn't currently have a release date, they were ready to talk a bit about if Hideo Kojima or Yoji Shinkawa had any involvement in the project, if there will be more remakes from the Metal Gear series, and more. PlayStation announced that Ratchet & Clank: Rift Apart will come to PC via Steam and the Epic Games Store on July 27. Diablo IV’s Hardcore mode now has even higher stakes – immortalizing the first 1,000 players to reach level 100 by adding their names to a statue of Lillith. 3 years, 6 months - On today’s IGN The Daily Fix: CD Projekt Red has confirmed that its Unreal Engine 5 remake of 2007's The Witcher will be a fully open-world single-player RPG. DC Studios co-CEO James Gunn has confirmed that the new DC film universe will be linked to future video games that exist in the same canon.
