ASUS ProArt PZ14 Now Available In Malaysia With Two Options

ASUS Malaysia has confirmed the arrival of ProArt PZ14 (HT7407) tablet in the local markets, featuring the recently-launched Qualcomm Snapdragon X2 Elite chipset. This creator-focused tablet features a CNC-machined aluminum chassis that weighs 0.79kg and measures 9mm thick, with IP52 ingress protection rating (resistance against light rainfall).

The Snapdragon X2E-88-100 chipset inside the tablet with up to 25W TDP is powered by an 18-core (12x Prime cores + 6 Performance cores) processor paired with Qualcomm Hexagon NPU and Qualcomm Adreno GPU, the latter of which is still largely insufficient for heavy graphics work (the AMD Ryzen AI Max series, or at least the Intel Core Ultra X7/X9 line is the better option in that case). Tagging along is the option of either 16GB or 32GB of LPDDR5X memory, along with 512GB of M.2 2230 SSD storage as standard.

For display, the ProArt PZ14 uses a 14-inch ASUS Lumina Pro OLED touchscreen with a 2880×1800 resolution, 144Hz variable refresh rate, up to 1000 nits HDR brightness, 100% DCI-P3 color gamut coverage with Delta-E <1 color accuracy, as well as Pantone validation; ASUS also included an anti-reflective coating that reduces glare by up to 65%. The tablet also supports the ASUS Pen 3.0 stylus with Microsoft Pen Protocol (MPP) 2.6 support, 4096 pressure levels, tilt recognition and palm rejection.

The tablet’s I/O is fairly limited, comprising only two 40Gbps USB4 ports and an SD Express 7.0 card reader, while the cameras are 8MP infrared in front and a 13MP sensor for the rear. There’s also a 75Wh battery onboard good for claimed 22 hours of video playback, or 16 hours of web browsing and video streaming, and as standard with ProArt models, you get ASUS’s ProArt Creator Hub, StoryCube, and MuseTree pre-installed as standard.

The ASUS ProArt PZ14 is now available in Malaysia through ASUS e-Store and authorized resellers, with two variants sharing the exact same specs except for one – the 16GB RAM option is priced at RM9,999, while the 32GB RAM is another RM2,000 premium on top of that, at RM11,999.
