Search Unleashed and WP 3.1 not working

Description
When I add a new post to my blog after adding search unleashed. Rather than going to my wp editor i get this error:
Fatal error: Class 'Search_Module_Factory' not found in /wordpressdocroot/index.htm/wp-content/plugins/search-unleashed/engines/lucene.php on line 123

The only workaround seems to be to deactivate the plugin, then click "Add New" under Post or Pages. Once I get into the edit form for pages or posts, I can then re-enable and re-index to get the search engine working again.
That's not an ideal workaround, however, since it leaves site visitors without search for the time it takes to deactivate, reactivate, and re-index.
