Transform global media, social, and AI signals into actionable intelligence that leaders can rely on.

Perihal kami

Meltwater delivers intelligence you can act on. In a world where brand perception is shaped in real time, across news, social, influencers, digital communities, and increasingly AI answer engines (LLMs), the challenge is no longer access to information. It’s knowing what matters, what it means, and what to do next. That’s where Meltwater leads. We transform global media, social, and AI signals into actionable intelligence that leaders rely on to make faster, more confident decisions. By unifying fragmented data sources into a single platform, we don’t just help organizations keep up with the pace of change—we help them stay ahead of it. Since 2001, we’ve been at the forefront of helping organizations harness the power of information. We analyze over 1 billion pieces of content each day, giving our customers a comprehensive view of the conversations, behaviors, and forces shaping their markets. With 27,000 customers, 50 offices across six continents, and 2,200 employees, Meltwater is the partner of choice for organizations that don’t just want more data—they want direction. Key Capabilities: Media Monitoring: Meltwater’s media intelligence platform monitors and analyzes media coverage through tracking brand mentions across news, print, broadcast, podcasts, and social media. Social Listening: Meltwater’s social listening and analytics platform monitors 200B+ conversations and analyzes 300M+ profiles to deliver a real-time view of brand, consumer, and competitor dynamics. AI Visibility Tracking: Analyze how top LLMs and AI networks, like ChatGPT and Google Gemini, portray your brand by reviewing their responses and the sources they cite. Influencer Management: Meltwater’s influencer discovery and relationship management platform enables teams to vet, manage, and measure campaigns at scale in one place. Media Relations: Meltwater’s media relations platform helps PR teams find the right journalists, build meaningful relationships, and secure coverage.

  • How are consumer expectations changing for Black Friday and Cyber Monday? Meltwater analyzed 5.67 million posts across social platforms, forums, blogs, product review sites and comment sections to understand what shoppers care about most. The data shows that consumers are judging the entire BFCM experience, not just the discount. They’re scrutinizing affordability, product quality, delivery and customer service, while turning to other shoppers for advice. The lesson for brands: prove genuine value, understand how concerns differ by platform and plan the post-purchase experience as carefully as the promotion itself. Is your brand even visible inside ChatGPT, Gemini or Claude's answers? Most marketing teams can't say for certain.   That question sat at the centre of yesterday's Meltwater Summit on Tour Asia 2026 panel on Generative AI and Brand Visibility, where our own Brian Keenan, Managing Director, AI & Data Advisors, We. Communications , joined the conversation alongside Jenny Force, Alyce Erikson and Jam Muñasque Henares   Here's what stood out for us:   ◆ GEO isn't a single lever to pull, but a system of technical fixes, content updates, channel strategy and influencer activity that all need to move together to shape how large language models represent a brand. ◆ Before chasing new sources or platforms, brands should audit and fix what they already control, since website copy, social content, leadership posts, blogs and sales collateral are often the first things LLMs pull from and the easiest to get wrong. ◆ Large language models don't only draw on what's current and accurate: they'll just as readily pull outdated pages a brand has already moved past and serve that content up to audiences.   Big thanks for the insightful session on how brands can stay visible, accurate, and trusted as AI reshapes discovery! #MeltwaterSummitAsia2026 #GEO #WeSG #WeSingapore

Another Meltwater milestone! 🎉 What does it take to get an industry that never stands still to pause and look ahead? A leading neuroscientist. Experienced PR and marketing practitioners from some of APAC’s most recognisable brands. Stories of experimentation. New technology brought to life. A beautiful venue with its own cloud forest. And a hardworking team making it all happen while telling terrible jokes and always having each other’s backs. That’s what went into our first Meltwater Summit on Tour, Asia, hosted in Singapore last week. From social media and smartphones to creators, communities, and now AI, change continues to reshape how people consume information and how PR, communications, and marketing teams work. Summit Asia gave us the chance to step back and ask, What’s changing? What matters? And what should we do next? A big thank you to Carmen Simon, Sammy Elazab, Madhurjya Banerjee, Lauren Myers-Cavanagh, Prasanna Ganesh, Alyce Erikson, Brian Keenan, Jam Muñasque Henares, Manisha Seewal, Ching Yee Wong, Lavinia Rajaram, Neel Murty, Manoj Damodaran, Zeeshan Khan and Ling Ang. Thank you for giving us your time and sharing how you’re navigating change. I feel lucky to have crossed paths with so many of you over the years, and grateful that so many of you have continued to champion Meltwater along the way. To our customers, partners, and attendees, thank you for spending the day with us and making the conversations off stage as valuable as those on it. To the wider Meltwater team, you showed up, and how. Thank you to Aditya Jami, Kelly B., Dhruv Gupta and Dino Delic for flying halfway around the world to join us. And to Jenny Force, David Hickey, Mimrah Mahmood, Ramnath (Ram) Bojeesh, and Shasank Mohapatra for leading by doing, rolling up your sleeves, and stepping in wherever needed. I have yet to see cross-functional collaboration work as well as it does at Meltwater APAC. And special hat tip to my mighty marketing team Sunita Howe, Bronwyn Cook, Samantha T., Pek Hua L. and Shiqi Gwan. Who says you can’t do it all? From data-driven marketing to full-scale conference production, it’s all in a day’s work. Ain't no mountain high enough for this team. 💪 If the day made one thing clear, it’s that this industry has no intention of standing still. The landscape will keep shifting and the questions will keep getting bigger. And that’s what keeps the work interesting! Here’s to what comes next. #MeltwaterSummitAsia

Can’t believe our first Meltwater Summit on Tour: Asia finally happened in Singapore yesterday! After months of call after call, long days, late nights and endless back-and-forth, it all came to fruition. It was amazing to see months of hard work finally become a reality. I don’t even know where to start. The event would not have been what it was without the incredible people behind it — our wonderful speakers, partners and customers, both local and those who flew in especially to join us. Not forgetting David Hickey Mimrah Mahmood Ramnath (Ram) Bojeesh Shasank Mohapatra Dipak Mitra Hazel Lim Zac Boyce Kelly B. Doug Balut and their teams who came together and played a massive part, both in the lead-up and on the day itself. But I want to give a special recognition to my leaders Jenny Force Upali Dasgupta and my dear teammates Samantha T. Shiqi Gwan Pek Hua L. and Bronwyn Cook ❤️ We didn’t have an agency behind us, but we gave everything we had to pull off a high-quality, large-scale event. We went above and beyond, even stepping out of our comfort zones to make sure everything came together seamlessly. I genuinely couldn’t have done this without them! Now, I’m going to take this weekend to recuperate and recover 🥹 #meltwatersummitasia

  • The PR teams using social listening every day are playing chess♟️ Nearly HALF of PR and Comms professionals say they use social listening tools every single day. In fact, 49.3% of respondents to our State of PR Report listed “Daily” when asked how often their team logs into social listening tools. That means: ♟️ Trend spotting before it blows up ♟️ Crisis detection early ♟️ Competitive monitoring in real time ♟️ Audience insight on demand Meanwhile, 3.2% said… never. That’s bold. In 2026, listening isn’t optional. It’s leverage. Discover more about how your PR & Comms peers responded in our State of PR Report, in collaboration with We. Communications. Link in the comments.

  • That’s a wrap on our very first Meltwater Summit on Tour: Asia! From conversations around AI, reputation, trust and influence to real-world strategies from some of Asia Pacifics’s leading brands, it was incredible to see so many inspiring discussions throughout the day. A huge thank you to everyone who joined us, supported the event and helped bring the day to life — it truly takes a village. We can’t wait to come back even bigger and better next year. Special thanks to our incredible speakers and panellists. #MeltwaterSummitAsia

  • The first sessions of the day at Meltwater Summit on Tour: Asia are officially wrapped up, with fantastic presentations from Carmen Simon, Aditya Jami, David Hickey, Madhurjya Banerjee, Lauren Myers-Cavanagh, Sammy Elazab and Mimrah Mahmood A few key highlights so far: ✨ In the age of AI, share the truth and give your customers the joy of "getting it" - remain creative, curious, consistent.
