“Today, 11 trucks arrived from the Kerem Shalom crossing via El Arish and the West Bank. These trucks contain medical supplies and medicines to support the Gaza Strip's medical sector, including hospitals and all healthcare facilities. These supplies meet some of the needs of the devastated health sector in the Gaza Strip.”

The World Health Organization (WHO) today (1 Aug) has safely brought in 11 trucks carrying lifesaving medical supplies to WHO’s new warehouse in Deir al Balah in Gaza.
The shipment included essential medicines, trauma supplies, and laboratory and water testing supplies, which will be urgently delivered to overwhelmed health facilities across the Strip to keep them running.
WHO teams Gaza continue to serve under extremely difficult conditions.
