The Adventure Time fan in me wants to get into Cryptozoic Card Wars and get the big collector's edition and everything but... there's not really much point?
They are selling this as a game where you can build your own decks and play against other people, and conceivably I could convince a couple friends at my board game club to pick it up, but do you honestly think there's going to be a competitive scene for fuckin Adventure Time Card Wars? In 2025? Are they even selling this game outside of sporadic Kickstarter campaigns?
Plus I tried it out with Tipsy on Tabletop Sim the other day and it's just not that fun with a lot of badly worded cards. Maybe the pre-made decks we chose just sucked.
