Leonida is the state in which the majority of GTA VI is expected to take place, meant to represent the real-life state of Florida, USA. The state is split into several key areas, each with a different role in the story.

These are all the areas we have so far, although there are rumors of some offshore areas that represent Cuba or parts of the Caribbean. There are, as far as we know, only rumors for now, and we’ll have to wait for Rockstar to confirm the rumors or for GTA VI to be released.
