Mini Golf

Mini Golf is a side activity that will likely appear in Grand Theft Auto VI.

Rockstar officially hinted at the side activity in one of Cal Hampton’s screenshots, where he is at a mini golf course holding a putter with his tongue sticking out, clearly posing for a photograph.

The reason this screenshot has significance, beyond the visible putter, is that there is a fully detailed mini golf course in the background with a crocodile theme. There is also a random NPC engaged in a set, and I think showcasing this course was intentional.

Golf in Grand Theft Auto games goes back to Vice City, and variations of the activity have appeared in several titles, including Vice City Stories and The Ballad of Gay Tony. A more detailed version is also accessible in Grand Theft Auto V and Grand Theft Auto Online with support for co-op. There is also a fully rendered mini golf course in Grand Theft Auto IV, but it’s inaccessible.

While golf may also make a return, miniature golf seems like a strong possibility.
