fix(server): the background service no longer writes an admin pairing token to its log - #28679
Refs: #24755. Reported by Mark on the T3 dev Discord.
What's fixed: The background service runs t3 serve, and launchd and systemd append its stdout to boot-service.log. On every start, serve minted a one-time admin pairing token and printed it there with the pairing URL, app link and QR code. That left a working full-scope credential in a file that is never rotated, and t3 auth pairing list doesn't show it. Starts under the service launcher now skip minting the token and print T3 Code server is ready. Run \t3 pair` to pair a device.instead. Runningt3 serve` in a terminal, Docker or any other supervisor still prints the token as before.
Evidence: Linux, the real __service-launcher against an isolated T3CODE_HOME, with stdout and stderr appended to userdata/logs/boot-service.log the way the service units do. Token and LAN address redacted, QR code removed.
Before, on main (82b10d5): every start writes the token, pairing URL and app link into the service log.
After, on this PR: the log only says to run t3 pair, and has no token.
startupAccess.test.ts covers both cases: a service-managed start issues no credential and prints none, and an unmanaged start still issues and prints one. The service-managed case fails against main's behavior.
Not shown: a run under a real launchd or systemd install.
Under the background service, `t3 serve` stdout is boot-service.log, so every
start persisted a one-time admin pairing token there. Service-managed starts now
skip minting it and point to `t3 pair` instead.

Macroscope's review found this PR requires human approval — Managed services will stop minting and logging startup admin pairing credentials and direct users to t3 pair instead. This reduces credential exposure but changes the default pairing experience, requiring human confirmation.

Walkthrough
Headless startup now uses announceHeadlessAccess. Service-managed runs log pairing instructions without issuing or printing a credential. Other runs issue access information and print the formatted output.
Adds announceHeadlessAccess and makes its supporting access-info type and functions internal. Service-managed runs log pairing instructions; other runs issue access information and log formatted output.

Startup passes the launcher’s service-managed status to announceHeadlessAccess. Tests check credential issuance and console output for both statuses.
Pairing can fail or select another server when the service uses a different base directory. Users can specify the directory explicitly.

The description explains the problem, the service-managed behavior change, preserved unmanaged behavior, focused test coverage, observed evidence, and the limitation that real launchd or systemd installations were not tested. Cover the managed startup wiring.
The new test passes serviceManaged directly to announceHeadlessAccess. It does not test the production path where serverRuntimeStartup passes launcher.managed.
Extend serverRuntimeStartup.test.ts with a headless case whose ServiceLauncherClient has managed: true. Assert that no startup credential is issued or printed. If this wiring passes false, the managed service can print the credential while the current direct helper test still passes.

Include the service base directory in the pairing instruction.
If the service uses a custom base directory, t3 pair searches the caller’s default directory instead. It can fail to find the service or pair with a different server. The same problem can occur from a linked worktree. Include a safely quoted --base-dir value in the instruction. (raw.githubusercontent.com)
