Looks good, I also didn't test but read the doc page and sounds like it's correct. This should land in the insiders build tomorrow, if you could verify the problem that would be great 🙂

This PR fixes #134839
Note: I have not actually successfully built
vscodeto test this, but I have modified my local /var/lib/dpkg/info/code.postinst with this change and run it without errors.
