Add Deno Deploy's announced shutdown notice to the current deployment guide and the 1.x tutorial, link the existing Cloudflare Workers guide, and mark the 1.x instructions as historical with an explicit Fresh 2 link label.
Source: Deno's October 9, 2026 announcement, which states six months of continued operation and migration support for paying customers.
Validation: Markdown formatting, docs checks, lint, type checks, production build and built-handler checks for both pages pass. The test run has 317 passes and 5 ignored tests; 13 browser-dependent modules fail to load because cached Chrome cannot launch on Windows (OS error 14001, reproduced by a baseline probe). The required aggregate check stops on the same two pre-existing CSS formatting differences as baseline.
