cf needs the workers-sdk preview to exercise Astro 7 Build Output support before the package is released. Pin the immutable autoconfig artifact while keeping its unchanged workspace dependencies on stable releases so exotic subdependency protection remains enabled. Reviewable-Commit-Version: 1

Consumes the immutable @cloudflare/autoconfig preview from cloudflare/workers-sdk#15986 so cf can exercise Astro 7 Build Output support before release.
The preview rewrites workspace dependencies to pkg.pr.new URLs. Narrow pnpm overrides keep @cloudflare/config and @cloudflare/workers-utils on their existing stable releases, preserving blockExoticSubdeps.
