Blackboard Editor/Constants #192

It might be useful to have a visual editor for Blackboards, such that one may add initial values to a blackboard. This could also be useful for debugging in order to inspect blackboard values at runtime.
This could be done by exposing the blackboard in a custom inspector plugin.
