chore(ci): align cached-node-modules pins and drop a stale header comment - #5665

…ment Pin every use of aws-powertools/actions cached-node-modules to the same v1.5.2 commit with a version comment so Dependabot tracks all of them, and rename the one remaining nodeVersion input to node-version to match the action's current interface. Remove the header note about extracting per-package unit tests into their own jobs, which finished long ago. publish-package.yml is left as is because #5664 deletes it. Closes #5642

Every workflow now pins the
aws-powertools/actionscached-node-modulescomposite action to the same commit, with a version comment so Dependabot tracks all of them. Previously thirteen call sites used an unannotated January 2025 commit that Dependabot ignored, and six usedv1.5.0. The reusable unit-test workflow also loses a header paragraph describing a test-suite migration that finished long ago.Changes
