Please give us a description of what happened

When editing an image alt text via the inline edit, the changes are not reflected in the frontend

Step-by-step reproduction instructions

  1. Create a post/page in Block/Gutenberg editor
  2. Add a How-to/FAQ block
  3. Add an image the the How-to step description or FAQ answer
  4. Focus on the image so that the following inline image edit pops up

  1. Edit the alt text and save the post/page
  2. Open the post/page in the frontend
  3. Inspect the image

Expected results

  1. The alt attribute of the image element should be the same as the one that you set in the backend
