What problem does this address?

• Brings parity to the navigation list view with the admin navigation site editor sidebar.
• Allows users to navigate to that entity from the List View in content only editing

Add "Go to ____" option to the Navigation List View implementation like in the Site Editor navigation sidebar

Here's the implemntation in the navigation list view in the site editor. I think this option should also be available on the ListView in the inspector sidebar.
