We are going to change from Airtable forms linked in each lesson to give access to the students with a personal form link created with Fillout that will let them update and introduce the responses to each lesson (with the exception of feedback forms and last lesson quiz).

The form you can see here (please, do not add nor submit any change with that form).

There are some tasks to complete today:

• Create the text for an email that explains the new way of submitting responses that are not feedback forms. There has to be a place to introduce their personal link automatically. We will do this with Airtable.
  • Create the airtable automation that sends that email when the previous email is ready - @CeliGaroe
• Create an email to explain mentors that this change and that they can see the 'personal link' for each student in the last column of the Students report.
  • Create the airtable automation that sends that email when the previous email is ready - @CeliGaroe
• For the end of most lessons, create the text that invites students to visit the personal link form and complete the fields related to that specific lesson.
  • When approved the previous task, remove the form link for all lessons (except feedback lessons and last quiz one) and change the end of the lesson with that approved text.
• Change welcome email to students in airtable so it explains and introduces their personal link - @CeliGaroe
• Change lesson course for Mentors (they need to know, they will be able to see that link and share with the student if they lose that link).
• Create new videos for the first lesson, specially the last one (point 7.0).
