Bill Cipher is the overarching antagonist of Gravity Falls[1], the protagonist of The Book of Bill, and the subject of the Cipher hunt.[2] He is a one-eyed pyramid resembling the Eye of Providence. He first appears in Dreamscaperers after being summoned by Stan Pines' enemy Gideon, though references to him are made before then.
