The 2018 South Dakota Commissioner of School and Public Lands election was held on November 6, 2018, to elect the commissioner of school and public lands of South Dakota. Incumbent Republican Ryan Brunner was re-elected to a second term in office, defeating Democratic challenger Woody Houser in a landslide.[1]
