High-performance organizations depend on technology that works reliably and at scale. The Mercedes-AMG PETRONAS Formula One Team is a strong example. With 2,500 people across factories, engineering centers and race tracks around the world, every process and every technology investment must deliver measurable value. Under the sport's cost cap, efficiency, reliability and performance are critical. Environments like this show the importance of proactive IT operations. TeamViewer ONE helps identify and resolve IT issues before they impact users, helping teams stay focused on the work that matters most. It was great to speak with Toto Wolff about how the team approaches performance, efficiency and operational excellence and why trusted technology partnerships play an important role in that success. #MercedesF1 #F1 #TeamViewerONE

"The best teams in Formula One remove friction, stay focused and fix the small things before anyone feels the impact." 🏎️ 💻 That's how Kimi Antonelli describes performance in Formula One, but it's a mindset that extends far beyond the race track. The same challenge exists in IT. The teams that perform best aren't always the ones reacting the fastest. They're the ones identifying issues early, removing roadblocks and preventing disruptions before they affect employees. That's exactly what FastForward 2026 is all about. 📅 October 14, 2026 💻 Virtual Event Learn more and register here: https://bit.ly/45SvQ9n #FastForward26 #TeamViewer

Employees are embracing AI, but they're just not ready to hand over the keys. According to our latest report, Path to the Autonomous Workplace, 75% of employees now use AI every day. Yet 61% still don't want AI taking independent action. That tension is hard to ignore. People are increasingly comfortable using AI to support their work, but they're not ready to step out of the decision-making process entirely. As organizations move toward more autonomous ways of working, the conversation is shifting from Can AI do it? to How much do we trust AI to do it on its own? The future of work may be autonomous, but getting there will require more than technology: It will require trust. 📖 Download the report here: https://bit.ly/4fs4U4t #TeamViewer

Three years into the generative AI era and well into the enterprise AI wave, many organizations are still asking a fundamental question: where is the return on investment? That question sits at the heart of a recent The Washington Post Investment Reports feature ‘Beyond the Breakthrough: AI's Real Impact’ for which I had the opportunity to be interviewed alongside leaders from across technology, manufacturing, retail and infrastructure. One point in the report that stood out to me was that the organizations seeing tangible results are the ones focusing on building strong data foundations and integrating AI into everyday workflows. That's very much the direction we're taking at TeamViewer. Employees across every department depend on digital tools to get work done, yet our own research shows they lose the equivalent of 1.3 working days each month to IT issues. We're using AI to help IT teams learn from every support interaction and resolved incident, creating a continuous learning loop that can predict, prevent and automate future issues before they impact employee productivity. If you're interested in where enterprise AI is heading next, the full report offers a wide range of perspectives across industries: https://lnkd.in/eBXMAv2G #EnterpriseAI #TeamViewer #WashingtonPost

One question. One community. Countless voices. This weekend at the Dutch GP, we handed the mic to fans in the F1 ACADEMY paddock and asked them what they'd like to ask Susie Wolff. Now it's over to Susie, so stay tuned! 🏁
