👩💻 Women in Leadership – Strengthening networks and sharing experiences Last week, we had the pleasure of hosting a very special event at our Diehl Metering site, dedicated to the important topic of Women in Leadership. The event was held in cooperation with bayme vbm – Die bayerischen Metall- und Elektro-Arbeitgeber and their initiative “Frauen in Führungspositionen.” This program supports women in Bavaria’s metal and electrical industry by helping them strengthen their leadership skills and build valuable professional networks. We were honored to welcome Ulrike Scharf MdL, State Minister at Bayerisches Staatsministerium für Familie, Arbeit und Soziales, patron of the project, and Bertram Brossardt, CEO of bayme vbm, who both joined us for the open exchange. Together with our Chief HR Officer, Jens Böhlke, Diehl Metering CEO, Dr. Christoph Bosbach and several participants of the initiative, they shared their insights and discussed how the program is shaping personal and professional growth. By hosting this event, we reaffirm our belief that diversity and inclusion are not only core values, but also key drivers of innovation, performance, and a strong, future-oriented company culture. State Minister Ulrike Scharf, MdL, also presented a certificate of membership in the Familienpakt Bayern (Bavarian family pact), recognizing Diehl Group as a family-friendly employer. ⚽ More than just a game! At this year's Softgate Charity Cup, seven companies came together with a common goal: to make a difference through football and solidarity. Our team from the Diehl headquarters played with passion, strong nerves and real team spirit. 💡 Fresh thinking in focus – Impressions from our 30th Corporate Senior Management Group Meeting   Last week, around 250 international leaders from across the Diehl Group came together at Eventworld in #Nuremberg for two days of strategic dialogue and collaboration. Guided by this year’s theme, “Resilience in a changing world”, the event stood out for its valuable input and open exchange of ideas – through panel discussions, speeches and interactive formats.   Key moments included: 👉 Inspiring insights from Markus Diehl, Chairman of the Supervisory Board 👉 Thought-provoking keynotes by Anders Indset, Ben Pronk and Dr. Tobias Lindner 👉 Innovative concepts and products at our Innovation Market, including the “Highlight of the Year” award   The event was rounded off with a relaxed evening get-together – the perfect setting to connect informally and recharge.
