Months in the making, this is one I've been looking forward to sharing for a long time. 🦏
Porsche's partnership with The Black Mambas, the world's first all-female, unarmed anti-poaching unit, saw a Porsche Cayenne repurposed and upgraded into a one-of-one, bush-ready rapid response vehicle to support their efforts to protect the largest remaining rhino population on earth, in South Africa's Greater Kruger National Park.
The result is an eight-minute mini-documentary that tells the story of an extraordinary group of women, and a project rooted in real action and real-world impact. It's the kind of work I love doing most: purposeful storytelling backed by something tangible. Even more special when it's connected to a part of the world that's always been close to my heart.
Massive props to our team at The Romans, led by
Rusol Al Hano,
Joe Lipscombe,
Katie Bell-Wright,
Surbhi Lal &
Hesham Elkammash. To
Chris Jordan,
Mahvesh Sayed, and the wider
Porsche Middle East and Africa FZE &
Porsche South Africa teams for their trust and collaboration throughout.
Last but by no means least, to
LITTLEBIG for bringing this story to life in the most incredible way and making it a reality. And of course, to The Black Mambas Anti-Poaching Unit &
Craig Spencer for trusting us to tell, and be a part of, their story.
Proud of the work, proud of the people behind it, and grateful to have played a part.
