Adam Best shared thisGiving back is woven directly into our culture through the Salesforce 1:1:1 model. By pledging 1% of product, 1% of equity, and 1% of employee time back into the community, we get dedicated volunteer time off to support incredible causes. Yesterday, our team put that 1% of time straight to work with Eat Up Australia. In just 47 minutes, our team made 853 sandwiches! 🥪🔥 That’s 853 lunches heading out to help fuel vulnerable school kids so they can focus, learn, and thrive. Why this work is so critical: ▶ 1 in 3 students at the schools supported by Eat Up rely on these lunches. ▶ 68% of schools report a recent rise in students needing free meal support due to cost-of-living pressures. ▶ Missing out on lunch leads to fatigue, poor concentration, and learning barriers—something no child should experience. The demand is growing, especially across Brisbane and regional Queensland. Eat Up needs more corporate teams, workplace volunteers, and partner organizations to step up so no kid goes to school hungry. A huge, sincere thank you to Joshua Francis and the team at Chartered Accountants Australia and New Zealand for generously donating their corporate office space so we could host this sandwich making blitz! Want to get your workplace involved? If your business is looking for a high-impact, hands-on team volunteering event, I couldn't recommend this enough. Head to https://www.eatup.org.au to see how your organization can host a sandwich-making session or support their mission. Michael Perry Mark Ringrose #Salesforce #Volunteering #GiveBack

Adam Best shared thisFantastic article by Sandrine Ged which has some great "Tempates" at the bottom of it. Thanks Sandrine Ged!Adam Best shared thisMost Salesforce security failures aren’t technical flaws, they are governance breakdowns. If you leave security to everyone’s responsibility, it becomes nobody’s job. That works fine until an over-privileged integration key leaks or an unmonitored guest user profile exposes your CRM data. I’ve just updated part three of my reference architecture series: Six Steps to Establish a Security Governance Model. Whether you’re running a single non-profit org or a multi-org enterprise, this updated guide is for you. It covers: - Who owns what: How to scale the Salesforce Security Architect role from S to XL organisations. - The AI risk: Why generative AI doesn't remove the need for review gates (it just ships vulnerable code faster). - Practical DevSecOps: Baking security checks into peer reviews and pipelines while maintaining release velocity. - Operational Auditing: What to log, what to ignore, and how to track technical debt. Includes downloadable policy templates, security checklists, and Definition of Done examples. Adam Best reacted on thisAdam Best reacted on this🤫 Shhh... don’t tell anyone. This might be the best interview question I’ve heard. At the end of the interview, ask: “Let’s say this interview goes really well and I get the job. A year from now, we’re looking back and you feel hiring me was a great decision. What would I have had to achieve for you to feel that way?” Bloody good question. Why? First, you’ve just got them imagining hiring you. Sneaky. I like it. 😂 Secondly, they’re telling you exactly what they need from you to be successful. They’re basically giving you the answers to the test before you’ve even started. And third, it tells the hiring manager something pretty important: You actually give a shit about the job. It’s not just another job. There is one catch. If you ask the question, you’d better genuinely want to hear the answer. Feedback is a gift.🎁 If you use this question in your next interview and it helps you get the job, let me know. You can buy me a couple of beers later. 🍻 Ian MacDougall New Age Thinking, Old School Values 0404 200 093

Adam Best liked thisAdam Best liked thisWe're excited about Claudeforce for a reason. It's not a guess on what's useful, it's how I run my Salesforce business and it's how Anthropic run theirs. This a legit screenshot from my daily desktop - it allows me complete power and optionality - 🔹 build agent / human systems in Claude skills, Slackbot skills, Google and Salesforce. Humans collaborate on Google Sheets, Claude agents read and process them in conjunction with trusted opportunity data in Salesforce and process / collaboration data in Slack. 🔹 use Salesforce in natural language from either Claude directly or through Slackbot, I do both intraday in each system for different reasons. 🔹 Example - last week a new process was enabled in Salesforce (a new case object in case you love details). Historically I would have looked at that in Salesforce UI, but now I interact with it in natural language from Claude, and then build that new trusted object and data into my agent workflow. 🔹 Example - two weeks ago I presented an entire Quarterly Business Review using this agent system. I'm talking data from Slack, Salesforce, Google, other enterprise systems, all brought together beautifully into an executive deck (thanks Claude Design for making it brand aligned and perfect). This is all point 1 and point 3 from the article. 🔹 Example - today I opened Slack and asked to recap what I've missed since I've been in the US. That's Claude inside Slack. That's point 2 from the article. With Claudeforce now everyone can get this power through Claude Desktop, agent/human workflows become endless. That's point 4, everyone can soon use this. Let's go - https://lnkd.in/gFK9QkmU

Adam Best reacted on thisAdam Best reacted on thisI’m so delighted to announce the Supermums team and community has won the 2027 Salesforce Partner of the Year Award for our commitment to social impact and the Pledge 1%. This is a joint effort on many levels and our community can wear this badge with pride. Over the last 10 years we have set up a business model that has a triple impact, inspired by the values that Marc Benioff and Scott Farquhar put in place with the Pledge 1% Our learners have volunteered over 40,000 hours of pro-bono support to non-profits. We have partnered with organisations to donate courses to beneficiaries that are facing multiple disadvantages. We have reinvested our profits and sponsored organisations 1) that champion women into flexible work opportunities and 2) support the salesforce community to upskill. As a ripple affect we actively encourage organisations and their teams to align with the Pledge 1%. Individuals volunteer as mentors and trainers to help us upskill and support women into tech. With only 20% of tech resource being women, we continue to champion our mission of supporting women to relaunch their careers after time out of work, to give flexible well-paid careers to tackl pay equality and to overall boost the no of women in the tech sector so companies can have a diverse tech team Find out more here https://lnkd.in/egrmYzuS Thankyou to all of our champions at Salesforce and Salesforce Partners. We can’t wait to celebrate with you at Dreamforce in a few weeks.

https://lnkd.in/gskuw5Xq Salesforce’s EVP & GM of AI, Adam Evans, announced his departure this week, a notable moment for anyone following the evolution of Agentforce. Evans played a pivotal role in shaping Salesforce’s agentic AI vision, helping position Agentforce as more than automation, but as enterprise-ready, trusted AI embedded directly into CRM workflows. His presence at Dreamforce and TrailblazerDX made it clear that this wasn’t just another feature launch. It was a strategic shift. With several senior executive departures in recent months, it’s natural for the ecosystem to ask: What does this mean for Agentforce? From what’s been shared, this appears less about instability and more about structural alignment — bringing Agentforce and Slack closer together under Enterprise AI leadership. That makes sense. The future of AI inside Salesforce isn’t standalone tools, it’s contextual, embedded, and conversational within the flow of work. Madhav Thattai stepping into the EVP & GM role brings continuity. He already understands the product, the customers, and the operational strategy behind it. From my perspective working with clients, interest in Agentforce is only accelerating. Organizations aren’t asking if they should use AI, they’re asking how to deploy it responsibly, securely, and in a way that actually drives sales and service productivity. Leadership transitions are part of scaling innovation. The foundation has been laid. Now it’s about execution. I’m excited to see how Agentforce continues to evolve, especially as AI becomes more embedded into Sales, Service, Slack, and Data Cloud experiences. If you’re exploring how Agentforce can drive measurable impact in your Salesforce ecosystem, I’d love to connect. #Salesforce #Agentforce #EnterpriseAI #CRM #AITransformation #Dreamforce #Slack #SalesforceConsulting #CentricConsulting
