New BOINC project: Eternity II

There's a new BOINC project: Eternity II. It's looking for solutions to the Eternity II puzzle (wikipedia). Thanks to whizbang, we have a team already. This project is apparently part of Formula BOINC. For now, it's CPU-only for Windows and Linux, but they've been doing some testing with GPUs.
