Contact Customer Services

If you can't find information here on the website or if you require help completing a transaction, our Customer Services team will be happy to assist you.

Report an Issue or Make a Complaint

Dublin City Council has a self-service platform where you can report issues in your area or make requests. You can report illegal dumping, request tree cutting and much, much more.

You can also use the platform to submit online applications, request paper application forms or make official complaints and comments. Find a full list of the services available over on the Citizen Hub

If you are concerned about litter in your area, you can also use our street sweeping schedule to see when our cleaning crews are due to visit your area.

Making an Appointment

Our public counters are only available by appointment. You can make an appointment by contacting the relevant section. Visit our 'Make an Appointment' page to find out more.
