Every word that starts with an N should have a silent G in front. Gnorway. Gnuclear. Gnervous system. Gnipples.

At some point my brain decided based on the word knee that body parts beginning with a n sound should have a silent k (particularly the word neck) so I am against gnipples wholeheartedly, it should clearly be knipples!

How about a compromise? Gn words and kn words get switched. So now it’s gneecaps and gnowledge, but it’s also knome and Knosticism.

the problem with this is that it doesn’t account for the original dilemma, which was gnipples vs. knipples

I, for one, think it should be pnipples, like pneumonia

This is the kind of content I remain for. (and y'all provide on the regular, I love you)

Female presenting gkpmnipples

what the fuck are you people doing, trying to invent neo-french?

No, we’re inventing Gkpmneo-French

moment of unspeakable beauty today when one of my coworkers called another coworker "judas" for not splitting a can of white monster with her, and i got to watch the guy who sits next to me open a new google tab, type in "jeudis," and say quietly to himself "french thursday...?"

I’m watching Splash (1984) which is a romcom about a guy who falls in love with a mermaid, and when she chooses a human name she chooses Madison and guy says “that’s not a real name, but alright” which seems to imply that Madison was not a name until at least the 80’s and all girls named Madison are actually named after the mermaid. thought you should know

I think...you might be right

what the fuck

“I’ve always liked the time before dawn because there’s no one around to remind me who I am supposed to be, so it’s easier to remember who I am.”

There's something extremely depressing to me about how many people just don't want to get weird with female characters the way they do with male characters.

Like, I can kind of see why a lot of people feel weird about writing about bad things happening to female characters, but what it leads to is everyone putting female characters up on a shelf where you can admire them but you can't actually do anything interesting with them because that might be sexist or just make people feel bad. And I think that's actually a whole lot worse in the long run.

"I really felt, just as myself, like taking care of Van and saying goodbye to her, you know? So that was very real, like I didn't have to think about what kind of acting much I was doing that day to be honest. So that was like a huge part of it emotionally for me, was like, in filming that scene and in finishing it and thinking like: Okay, I did my best there, like I got her through it. Her being Van Palmer, like I got Van Palmer through it." — LIV HEWSON via Collider

"I don’t know if everybody knows this, but Liv was also improvising and often writing much of their own dialogue and really made this character into something that then became a viable person for me to come and inhabit as an adult character. So on that day when we took our little bow together, it felt very fitting that they started it, I continued it and now I hand it back to you." — LAUREN AMBROSE via The Hollywood Reporter
