The Blood Of Dawnwalker: How to get the Draught Of Mind Rebirth respec potion
How to respec after Blood Of Dawnwalker's 1.1 update
One of the big new additions in The Blood of Dawnwalker's 1.1 update is the respec potion, or to use its proper name, the Draught of Mind Rebirth. In keeping with the update's efforts at smoothing out some of Dawnwalker's more challenging points of friction, the respec potion lets you undo your skill allocations and re-invest them all again if you want to experiment with new abilities or feel like you didn't pick the best skills.
To help you make use of this new brew to rejig your skillset, this guide will show you where to find Blood of Dawnwalker's respec potion and how to respec your character.

Where to find the Draught Of Mind Rebirth potion
You can purchase Blood of Dawnwalker's respec potion from any of the four Witchcraft Vendors. Folks initially thought you could only buy it from the Matriarch in Uriash Village, but after more investigation, we can confirm other Witchcraft Vendors sell it, including Vera. The price was rather high, though. Each vendor charged more than 1,000 coppers for the potion.
Whether the potion is always available from every vendor or if it rotates in and out of stock like some of the other randomly available wares, however, we can't say. So if you find one and can afford it, you should probably just go ahead and buy it, assuming you want to respec.
Witchcraft Vendors aren't immediately available, and the Matriarch in particular is impossible to barter with until much later in the game. However, if you're quite early in your adventure and find you need to respec asap, you can also get a Draught of Mind Rebirth from Anca.
How to respec with the Draught Of Mind Rebirth
Respeccing in Blood of Dawnwalker lets you re-allocate all your spent points by respending your time segments — or just one. The game isn't very clear about how the potion works, and it's easy to use it, reset a skill, and then not realise why your changes haven't taken effect.
Once you use the potion, the game prompts you to "spend used time segments again." What it should say is that you have to spend all your used time segments again. You can't just drink the potion and re-spend one or two segments. Respend all your points, then accept the changes. They won't take effect until then.
So, if you only want to change one skill, change that one and then invest the remaining points in whatever you were already happy with.
And that's all you need to know about grabbing a Draught Of Mind potion and respeccing!
