what a crazy take. they can do whatever they want with their company and shows and products, etc. the man is also allowed to take a different role in the show and let someone else DM. he's also allowed to take a break, or not. you dont need to victim blame a victimless thing. so weird

luffy being related to dragon and garp and having the nika fruit dont negate all of the actual hard work and training he did to get as strong as he is and achieve everything he did to awaken his fruit. there have been other users of the gum gum fruit presumably in the past between the void century and luffy, none of them awakened it. only he did. zoro being descended of samurai doesnt negate that he trained his ass off and trains hard every day to be as strong as he possibly can because he made a promise to his friend. usopp being son of a member of shanks crew is a stretch, yasopp just happens to be one of the world's best sharpshooters, but usopp put in the hard work to get where he is too. brook is only a theory at the moment, and even if he was a guard of a celestial dragon or something that doesn't give him anything he hasn't earned himself. robin is only special because shes the sole survivor of the people who could read the poneglyphs, but her lineage is not special. franky maybe being queen's son doesnt matter either, he modified himself with his own designs and upgraded himself based on vegapunk's lab notes, nothing to do with queen got him where he is. if anything being tom's apprentice is more nepo than being queen's son bc tom built Roger's ship and taught franky ship building. chopper is literally just s deer that ate a fruit, jimbe is a fishman, so given they are naturally stronger than humans i guess you could argue something there but not really, nami is literally just a girl. the only real member who's lineage actually directly affects his strength is sanji, once his genetic modifications activated finally. everyone else on the crew is there of their own merits and strength(s).

finding out characters are a little more connected to the world they inhabit doesn't cheapen anything about the things they did and accomplished in the story

its a dumb decision with the simplest fix ever, just make cards count towards each dex that card appears in, no matter which pack you pull it from. cancelled my sub over this and everything else and just burnout
