Beyond the release window, information remains limited. UFC 6 has been shrouded in mystery for a while. So, not much is known about the rosters, game modes, or potential features. EA has reportedly continued using motion capture with real fighters, which has been a core part of the series in recent years. This could mean visual upgrades and more realistic fighter animations.

There is also speculation surrounding cover athletes, with UFC star Alex Pereira rumored to be one of the featured faces of the game. While unconfirmed, the rumor aligns with recent appearances and promotional activity involving the fighter.

As with any leak, none of these details has been officially confirmed by EA Sports. That said, the consistency across multiple reports suggests that an announcement could be right around the corner.

Expectations Are High

The UFC series has had a mixed reception over the years, with players often calling for deeper gameplay mechanics, better ground game systems, and improved offline modes. This is why there are high expectations for UFC 6.

There’s also a growing expectation around authenticity. Fans want fights to feel closer to real-life MMA. If the reported improvements deliver on that front, UFC 6 could mark a significant step forward for the franchise.

If the rumored release date is true, fans won’t have to wait long to see whether UFC 6 lives up to the expectations or not.
