We are delighted to collaborate with Global Partners Limited to bring our first Westin and Renaissance branded residences to the Dubai Creek waterfront district. With sales and marketing managed by OCTA Properties L.L.C., these residences will be part of a broader masterplan, featuring world-class health and wellness facilities, luxury hotels, and a walkable public realm that integrates living, work, and leisure. Jaidev Menezes, Regional Vice President – Mixed-Use Development, EMEA at Marriott International, shares: “While Renaissance residences offer a lifestyle rooted in spontaneous discovery, Westin homeowners can expect living spaces designed with #wellness as a focal point.” Learn more about this collaboration in this MEConstructionNews.com article: https://lnkd.in/dCcvVJzx #DubaiCreek #WaterfrontProperties #BrandedResidences #MarriottResidences Julien Laloye | Sam Barrell | Bader Saeed Hareb

Material choices take on a different significance when the owner participates directly in the design process: https://lnkd.in/gt36irVD At Bvlgari Residences Dubai, the owner of this bespoke Bvlgari Loft spent much of the 18-month renovation working with Etereo to source marble in Italy and meet the artisans and creatives whose work would furnish the home. Taj Mahal, Patagonia, Terra Mater, Rain Forest and Magic Brown stone anchor an interior balanced by smoked eucalyptus, dark oak, leather, bronze and carefully considered lighting. The result treats materiality as the organizing principle of the residence rather than simply a decorative layer. #hoteldevelopment #brandedresidences #MarriottResidences Jaidev Menezes | Dana Jacobsohn
