We’re proud to be No. 29 on the 2026 PEOPLE’s 100 Companies That Care list. At Target, strengthening our team and the communities we serve comes to life every day: creating the conditions for team members to do their best work and grow, and showing up through the time and talent of our team and long-standing partnerships across the country. The recognition means a lot, especially knowing feedback from our own team members helps inform the list. As Target builds for its next chapter of growth, we’re committed to continuing that work and creating more opportunities for our team and communities. Target rolled back its formal Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion (DEI) programs, ending its 3-year DEI goals, withdrawing from external surveys like the Human Rights Campaign's Corporate Equality Index, and shifting its supplier diversity focus into general supplier engagement. The move triggered prolonged consumer boycotts. Target gets the boycott they Deserve!!!!!!
Congratulations, Target! 👏🏼👏🏼

You may want to take this philosophy and apply it to store conditions. See my post of a Target store visit.

Congrats! 👏 Well deserved.
