However, on the backend it booked the hotel and did not cancel the hotel booking after the reservation rejection. I got charged by the hotel twice. Priceline Your customer service sucks. It’s been two months. It does not take a rocket scientist to tell that it is your fault. Its’s been 2 months. I wish you can refund me first and then go about fixing your operational issues.
