I spent Friday night at a Women Leading Tech event alongside some of the incredible women I’m fortunate to work with at Cloudflare . It left me reflecting on a question I was asked recently: “How would you describe the women at Cloudflare in one word?” The answer is simple: tenacious. I see it every day. This isn’t just about delivering against a roadmap, it’s about owning outcomes. It’s the ability to anticipate challenges before they surface, step beyond defined roles, and build solutions that truly scale. What stands out most is that this tenacity isn’t individual, it’s collective. There’s a genuine culture of lifting each other up, of backing one another to go further.
