In this, um, situation here, uh, we had a client challenge our fees on a completed project, claiming that some of the work that we did was unnecessary or excessive. And so we were able to go back into the project, and find all of the situations where we actually talked them out of doing some premature work, or we recommended holding off on things, um, so that we could just protect their budget. Uh, you know, maybe these situations gave, um, less work to us, but we were looking out for the client at the end of the day. So we were able to pull that record and, uh, the dispute resolved in our favor, not just because, um, you know, we were able to, to prove the work that was done, but we were able to, to show them why it was done and, um, prove to them that we were looking out for their best interest throughout the project, um, despite, you know, what the, that final invoice ended up being. So, uh, it was nice because all of the emails were within that single project, and we didn't have to go kind of track down everybody that had touched the project. So, um, something, uh, you know, that may have taken weeks to put together, we were able to put together within just a few hours
