This one has been years in the making. This week I officially graduated from Deakin University with a PhD in AI agent forensics. It was a lot of early mornings and late nights, stacked on top of a demanding full-time job and family life. There were plenty of moments where the finish line felt largely theoretical. In plain terms, here's what my work is about - as businesses hand real work to AI agents, being able to see what an agent actually did, or why remains a challenge. My work explores how the audit trails and accountability let organisations govern these agents, trust them in real workflows, and turn them from a risk to manage into something that reliably delivers value. Thank you to my supervisors, my fellow researchers, and the colleagues who let me test half-formed ideas on them. And most of all to my family, who lived every deadline alongside me and never once let me quit. Believe me, I tried. #PhDLife #LifelongLearning #Deakin #AIGovernance #AISafety #DigitalForensics
Wow! Thats a phenomenal achievement. Congratulations Dr Max.
Epic (and very relevant) achievement Dr Max. Congratulations 🙌
Nice work Maxim 😀 I know how study can sometimes feel like a real slog to get to the end, especially with all the other life commitments. 👏 Also, that gear is straight out of Hogwarts (Harry Potter and the Rogue AI?)
Congrats Max. Now we gotto implement your theories in real life situation at Rio.
Wow Max. Doing in parallel to a full time job is amazing. But I’m not at all surprised by your commitment.
Congratulations Max, outstanding achievement! Super interesting topic and admire your dedication doing this on top of a full-time job.
Congrats Max. Sounds like a huge amount of work to manage on top of a job and family life. Well done.
