When you get thousands and thousands of pages of material, finding that one gold nugget is really difficult. We do financial services litigation, regulatory claims and provide guidance to ensure it's an insurers. Course of the work that we do, you know, one specific piece of information can be the game changer when teams are working across copious volumes of data that's come from different sources. To put that picture together is critical to us. This particular matter came to us. We received a bunch of documentary material that was in the order of 5000 pages. And we had a really small team. What we ended up doing was using Harvey to do the initial processing of that material and assisting us to identify potentially problematic parts of the evidence that we could use to prepare her for her examination. We've set up a vault where we've been able to interrogate the documents and then prepare comprehensive evidence, memorandums, chronologies, cross examination maps for our client that we can give to council. We expected to find things that our client otherwise wouldn't have been aware of. It was a text message between two other witnesses talking about our client. Identification of those Nuggets just before trial made the difference in terms of the strategic advice. We knew the sort of area that she might be probed on before she started to give her evidence. On the day itself, we were in the hearing and preparing to cross examine a witness at the end of that day. We asked Harvey to absorb the transcripts from each day of hearing, synthesise the evidence in real time and be able to prepare our client at the end of each day on what was likely to come the next day based on the transcripts. So, you know, I are a part of a greater team that some of the early adopters of Harvey in. One of the benefits of that for us is that we get to see how other people are using it. It unlocks a different relationship with our clients in the way that we engage with them. If there's a learning that's come out of 1 area and we apply that holistically across the different parts of the business where it's applicable so that we amplify that value. It makes me feel like we can comprehensively act for clients who are in really difficult situations. Being able to give that comfort and certainty to someone is really important in those times when they're appearing before something that could change their lives.
