Bubble's values are central to our mission, and we created the Bubble Values Award to recognize and celebrate Bubble employees who bring one (or more!) of our values to life: User-centricity, Fire, Empowerment, Genuineness, or Kindness. In August, we celebrated Khemet Robinson for Empowerment 💪 Khemet didn't just level himself up, he brought the whole team with him! By leading the effort to get the Success team working directly in the codebase, he's fundamentally changed how the team operates. He has been testing things himself for months: flagging possible regressions, locating bugs, and helping triage tickets get answered faster than ever before. Khemet also systematically documented all of his work so everyone else could easily replicate his results. By sharing his expertise, he has enabled the entire Success team to be more capable and confident with technical concepts. That's Empowerment in action. Congratulations, Khemet! 🚀
