- Welcome to our cloud construction site. We're about to choose the perfect storage spot for your precious data. I am your Google Cloud construction site manager, and I'm aiming to add Google Cloud storage as another tool in your career belt. Let's talk about storage options. Think of them as different types of toolsheds for your digital tools, like applications, websites, backup storage, files, et cetera. Let's get our hard hats on and dive in. Toolshed #1 is for all of our object storage, any app, any amount of data, any type of data, and anytime access. Imagine this as your megasize warehouse where you can store it all. Google calls this Object Store. When I say any type of data, I mean binary, objects, files, backups, data analytics, videos, images, you name it.
