Something I often say to my staff and to people whom I work with, remember to bring your brain to work. All of us bring our intelligence to work, but I think often we don't understand that we have several different kinds of intelligence that are at our disposal. I want to talk about them because when it comes to being authentic and lined up to be intentional in our authenticity, knowing where your intelligence lies can really be helpful. So, I said that there are four kinds of intelligence. The first is IQ, intellectual quotient. This is your big brain. This is what we all think about when we think of Einstein. We think of someone who's extremely clever and capable of working out logical points of view or logical equations to come to some kind of a conclusion. The second is called EQ. This stands for emotional intelligence. This was made very popular by Daniel Goleman.
