Apple Chevrolet is a family-owned dealership known for being employee and customer friendly, and we’re looking for an experienced Automotive Warranty Administrator to join our team.

If you’re detailed, reliable, and knowledgeable in GM warranty (or another manufacturer’s warranty processes), we’d love to hear from you!

Key Responsibilities

Prepare, submit, record, and reconcile warranty claims

Understand and follow GM warranty policies and procedures

Review repair orders for accuracy, documentation, labor times, tech stories, parts, approvals, cause/corrections

Reconciling warranty receivables

Work with Parts on warranty scrap reports

Assist with warranty audits and stay current on bulletins/updates

Maintain all required warranty records and media

What We’re Looking For

Prior experience as a Warranty Administrator (GM preferred)

Strong attention to detail and organization

Team-player attitude and dependable work habits
