What you'll do:

• Define and drive the vision and strategy for a complex product or product family, leveraging market insights and competitive assessments.
• Build and manage product roadmaps, prioritizing features based on customer needs, technical feasibility, and business impact.
• Lead cross-functional teams and influence stakeholders to ensure alignment and successful product delivery.
• Utilize data analytics and AI capabilities to evaluate product performance, validate assumptions, and guide decision-making.
• Mentor and support product managers, fostering a culture of continuous learning and customer focus.
• Identify innovation opportunities and recommend process improvements to enhance product outcomes.

• Extensive experience managing complex products or product families with strategic vision and strong technology orientation.
• Proven ability to define product strategy, conduct competitive assessments, and identify market opportunities.
• Expertise in project and stakeholder management, driving alignment across cross-functional teams without direct authority.
• Strong skills in data-driven decision making, including advanced analytics, A/B testing, and leveraging AI capabilities.
• Demonstrated success in developing and managing product roadmaps, prioritizing backlogs, and mitigating risks.
• Ability to mentor and guide product managers, fostering continuous learning and development.

The annual salary range for this position is $90,000.00 - $180,000.00 Additional compensation includes annual or quarterly performance bonuses. Additional compensation for certain positions may also include :
