What You'll Be Doing
As a Talent Acquisition Partner, you’ll:
- Partner with hiring managers across departments to understand staffing needs and develop tailored recruiting strategies.
- Lead full-cycle recruiting efforts for roles in Hospice, Palliative, and Pediatric care, as well as Leadership, Sales, Administrative, and Finance teams.
- Proactively source, screen, interview, and recommend candidates who align with our mission and culture.
- Maintain and enhance recruiting practices to meet monthly hiring goals and long-term talent pipeline needs.
- Represent Agape Care as an employer of choice through community outreach, job fairs, and networking.
- Train new recruiters and hiring managers on best practices in talent acquisition.

Qualifications
What We’re Looking For
Education
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field (preferred)
- 4+ years of corporate recruiting experience
- Healthcare recruiting experience required
- Hospice industry experience is a plus
- Experience using iCIMS ATS strongly preferred
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to manage multiple roles and priorities across departments
- Analytical thinking and creative sourcing strategies
- Discretion and professionalism with confidential information
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and applicant tracking systems
- Deep understanding of the full-cycle recruiting process
- Home-office-based with occasional travel as needed
- Valid driver's license required
- Must meet all health screening requirements
- This opportunity is an in-office role working alongside the Talent Acquisition and HR Team at our Corporate Headquarters - 187 N Church St, Ste 201 Spartanburg, SC 29306
