Looking for a hands-on Systems Administrator with strong Active Directory and Windows expertise to join a fast-paced IT team. You’ll play a key role in maintaining secure, stable infrastructure while supporting enterprise systems and Tier III escalations.

💡 What You’ll Do

🔹 Active Directory & Windows

• Administer AD (GPOs, replication, permissions, security)
• Troubleshoot Windows Server issues across enterprise environments

🔹 Systems & Backup Operations

• Monitor alerts, logs, and system health
• Support backup, restore, and archiving (BURA) processes
• Document activity in ITSM tools

🔹 Tier III Support

• Resolve escalated technical issues (desk-side & remote)
• Install/troubleshoot software (Windows + some iOS)
• Diagnose hardware/software issues and coordinate with vendors

🔹 Tickets & Communication

• Manage ticket queue and meet SLA commitments
• Communicate clearly with business users and IT teams
• Provide updates and ensure strong customer experience

🛠️ What You Bring

✔ 3+ years of Systems Administration experience

✔ VMware (hands-on administration)

✔ Active Directory (GPO, replication, security)

✔ Windows Server + OS expertise

✔ Enterprise backup/recovery tools

✔ Remote access tools + Microsoft Office

✔ Bachelor’s degree preferred (or equivalent experience)

✅ CompTIA Security+ (required)
