We’re looking for a Staff Recruiter who’s passionate about connecting the right people with the right opportunities. If you're a proactive problem-solver, detail-oriented, and excited about creating career paths for others — this is your chance to grow with one of the most respected names in transportation.

🔍 What You'll Do:

• Manage full-cycle recruitment for multiple departments and client companies
• Develop smart sourcing strategies to attract top-tier talent
• Screen, interview, and guide candidates through the hiring process
• Coordinate interview scheduling and support hiring managers
• Represent MVT at job fairs, college campuses, and military bases
• Build strategic partnerships with leadership to improve recruitment processes
• Positively promote MVT’s employer brand in the community
  
  

🧠 What We’re Looking For:

• 1–2 years of recruiting experience (required)
• Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business, or related field (preferred)
• Experience with ATS (Applicant Tracking System) platforms like Tenstreet and resume databases like Indeed (preferred)
• Microsoft Office experience (required). Strong Microsoft Excel knowledge (preferred)
• Highly organized, self-driven, and goal-oriented
• Demonstrates reliable attendance and strong time management
• Bilingual in English & Spanish is a plus!
• Passion for people and excellent communication skills
