Solutions Architect

We are seeking a Solutions Architect to act as a trusted technical partner to enterprise customers, helping them integrate a cutting-edge AI platform into complex, secure, cloud-based environments. You will design scalable architectures, guide deployments, and ensure successful long-term adoption across large financial services organisations.

What You’ll Do

You will act as the primary technical partner for enterprise customers, leading architecture discussions and owning engagements across pre- and post-sales. The role involves guiding secure, scalable cloud integrations, advising on deployment models, and supporting solution validation in close partnership with Sales. After deal closure, you will lead onboarding, early deployments, and ongoing technical success, resolving issues in collaboration with engineering while driving adoption and expansion. You will also work cross-functionally with Product, Engineering, and Customer Success to translate customer needs into technical requirements and help define best practices and deployment standards.

What We’re Looking For

• 4+ years in customer-facing technical roles (Solutions Architect, TAM, Infrastructure Architect, etc.)
• Strong cloud infrastructure experience (AWS / Azure / GCP)
• Solid understanding of networking, IAM, and security best practices
• Experience leading enterprise architecture discussions
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
• Ability to manage complex technical engagements end-to-end
