Position Overview:
As SVP, Lending, serve as the Credit Union’s Chief Lending Officer, responsible for the strategic direction, performance, and operational oversight of all lending functions.
Lead the development and execution of lending strategies that drive portfolio growth, asset quality, and an exceptional member experience.
As a member of senior management, help formulate and implement credit union-wide strategies and objectives.
Oversee four direct reports and thirty total associates.
The successful candidate will bring:
A minimum of ten to fifteen years of progressive lending experience, with broad expertise across Consumer, Indirect, Mortgage, Commercial and/or Secondary Market Lending and Collections.
Proven executive leadership overseeing multiple lending functions, or equivalent experience.
In-depth knowledge of applicable regulations, including Fair Lending, Consumer and Mortgage Lending, BSA, OFAC, and compliance requirements, or equivalent experience.
The base salary range for this position is $210,000 – $260,000, plus additional benefits and bonus potential. Compensation is determined by a variety of factors, including role scope, responsibilities, experience, and internal equity.
