What You’ll Do
We are seeking a highly organized, energetic, and detail-oriented Recruiting Coordinator to join our Talent Acquisition team. The Recruiting Coordinator is the backbone of our hiring process, ensuring a seamless, positive, and "white-glove" experience for both candidates and hiring managers. You will be responsible for scheduling interviews, managing candidate communication, assisting with ATS maintenance and tracking, and coordinating the logistics of the hiring process from initial application to onboarding.
Interview Scheduling & Coordination: Manage complex interview schedules, including phone, virtual, and on-site interviews across multiple time zones. Act as the main point of contact for candidates during the interview process.
Candidate Experience: Ensure a welcoming and professional experience for candidates, providing timely updates and feedback throughout the process.
Applicant Tracking System (ATS) Management: Maintain data integrity within our ATS (Ashby), tracking candidates, updating statuses, and ensuring compliance.
Job Posting & Sourcing: Post open positions on company websites, job boards (Indeed, LinkedIn), and social media platforms. Assist in basic sourcing of candidates.
Onboarding & Compliance: Initiate background checks, verify references, and prepare offer letters. Assist with new hire paperwork and facilitate the transition to onboarding.
Administrative Support: Maintain recruitment metrics, generate reports for stakeholders, and support special projects as needed.
Event Coordination: Assist with job fairs, campus recruiting, and networking events.
